How to Minimize Windows Using Windows 7 Aero Shake Posted: 18 Oct 2011 08:05 PM PDT If you are like me who love to open and work simultaneously on different windows but don’t want to go through the annoying part of minimizing  other windows one by one, then this will do the trick. In previous Windows versions you have to minimize them one  by one… it’s a pain especially if you have tons of windows open. Good thing Windows 7 has a feature called Aero Shake where you can just easily shake the active window left and right to minimize all windows except the active window or the one you are shaking. You can also restore them by performing the same procedure. You can also do this using keyboard combinations. press Windows key + Home.
